Dr. Pam Jarboe

Founder of ChiroBloom & Chiropractor, Community Chiropractic of Acton

Dr. Pam Jarboe has been a passionate advocate for chiropractic care since 1986, when she began her journey as a chiropractic assistant in Harlem. The transformations she witnessed ignited her mission to bring heart-centered chiropractic to more people, leading her to earn her Doctorate from Life University in 1995.

Today, Dr. Pam runs a successful family practice in Acton, Massachusetts, serves chiropractors worldwide through ChiroBloom, and speaks internationally on business, leadership, and communication in chiropractic. She is known for her humor, insight, and grounded guidance that meets chiropractors exactly where they are.

She has held board positions in multiple professional organizations and mentored hundreds of doctors toward practice growth that aligns with their purpose. Her approach blends practical tools with emotional intelligence, helping chiropractors lead confidently, communicate clearly, and build practices they’re proud of.

With nearly four decades of experience, she helps doctors ditch the overwhelm, simplify their systems, and find joy in their practice again.

Dr. Michelle Goldych

Founder & CEO, Cornerstone Family Chiropractic, PLLC

Dr. Michelle Goldych is a dedicated chiropractor and practice owner with nearly two decades of experience helping families thrive through principled chiropractic care. As the founder of Cornerstone Family Chiropractic in Central New York, she built her practice from scratch into a successful, patient-centered office known for its heart, structure, and results.

She has worked in every capacity of chiropractic life—from associate to contractor to thriving business owner—and now runs a family-focused practice with a 2.5-day workweek, a full schedule, and a supportive team. Michelle also owns her own building and rents space to other wellness providers, creating a collaborative care environment in her community.

She earned her Bachelor's in Biology from Caldwell College, where she was the first student to complete its Pre-Chiropractic Program, and received her Doctorate from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. A former faculty member in diagnosis and technique, she’s also certified in Webster Technique and is pursuing her C.A.C.C.P. in chiropractic pediatrics.

How much time do I need to put into this program?
We’ve designed this intensive to be both flexible and impactful. While you can participate as much or as little as your schedule allows, setting aside up to 3 hours per week will help you absorb the material, implement changes, and build a lasting foundation. Even small investments of time can lead to big breakthroughs.

What if I can’t make the group coaching calls live?
No problem — every call is recorded and posted inside your Kajabi portal. Many participants listen on their own schedule. You can even pre-submit questions, and we’ll answer them during the call so you still get personalized support.

Can I attend more than one group call per week?
Yes! While you’ll be assigned a primary group time to ensure we prioritize those in each cohort, you’re always welcome to attend either of the two weekly sessions. The core content is the same, but each call brings its own unique questions and insights.

What if I don’t get through all the content in 6 weeks?
